Custom home pre-construction planning The Veloce Blueprint
Architecture, interior design and budgeting, brought together by your builder from the very first sketch, so every decision is made with real numbers and your home arrives at construction fully resolved.
Already working with an architect or interior designer? Ask about planning only.
Most budget surprises are decided on paper.
In a traditional build, the architect designs, an interior designer follows, and only then does a builder price the drawings. By the time you learn what it costs, changes are slow and expensive.
The Veloce Blueprint, our pre-construction planning service, brings every discipline together from day one. Costs are checked as the design develops, so you make informed choices while they are still easy to change, and arrive at construction with a custom home that is fully designed, coordinated and realistically budgeted.
One team, one plan, one budget.

A smarter investment.
The most important decisions in a custom home are made long before construction begins. Made early, they cost a conversation and a revised drawing. Made later, they can mean redesign, re-pricing, permit revisions and weeks lost on site.
The Blueprint brings those decisions forward. Design and budget develop together, we review every major choice for cost and constructibility, and real trade pricing replaces guesswork. Surprises are found on paper, where they are simple to solve, rather than in the field, where they are expensive.
No plan can remove every unknown, but you begin construction with a home that is fully resolved, a budget you can trust and a team that already knows every detail. The result is a smoother build, fewer changes and more of your investment where it belongs: in the home itself.
Good to know.
Do I need my own architect or interior designer?
Not necessarily. Architecture and interior design are both part of the Blueprint, and we are happy to coordinate everything for you. If you are already working with an architect or designer, we coordinate with them directly.
How long does pre-construction planning take?
Every home moves at its own pace. At our first meeting we map out a schedule with you, with each milestone and the municipal review process planned in from the start.
Will I know what my custom home will cost to build?
Yes. Budgets are updated at every milestone, and you finish with a comprehensive construction budget backed by real-world trade quotes.
Is any of the Blueprint fee credited if I build with Veloce?
Yes. When you build with Veloce, a portion of your Blueprint fee is credited toward construction, whether you choose the full Blueprint or planning only.
